Chili's San Marcos

Fajitas needed more flavor and grilled, very plane. Hamburger was good.

Food was good, but the cocktail I ordered might as well have been a $150 peso juice with salt. I am a very light drinker, a single beer affects me. This cocktail had no effect of me whatsoever. I’ve been to the Chiles in Galerías Pachuca and the sangría I purchased was excellent. The service was also poor. The waiter felt less like a waiter and more like a kid whose parents were forcing him to attend our table. I was friendlier working as a McDonalds employee, and no one was tipping me. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, so I won’t name him, but the management should have a talk with employees about being more personable or simply hire more enthusiastic workers. I know it’s hard to get excited about a restaurant job, but no one is expecting something stellar, just a friendly demeanor, especially when paying $1,000 for a single meal.

Food was mediocre, service was subpar,and atmosphere was like any ordinary chili's.

Nothing fancy, just get the job done. Burgers are great, fajitas ok. Takes a while for your food and bill. And they do have a a manager who speaks English. Parking in a hourly lot.
